The roster Field Name field designates, by the use of a name, a datum to be displayed or collected in the various roster question types. It will be the "category" header similar to a spreadsheet column name when the various fields of the roster are displayed.

For clarity, the text in Field Name field is often written in ALL CAPS and will be displayed in bold face by the Survey program.
